Orders that include more than 1 item are assigned processing periods for each item.

Before shipping, all ordered items will be thoroughly inspected. The majority of orders will be delivered within 48 hours. The delivery time is estimated to be between three and seven days.

Returns

Due to multiple entities, including the factory and the warehouse, we cannot fully manage stock. Therefore, the actual inventory could fluctuate at any moment. It is possible that the stocks could be depleted after the order has been made.

Our policy runs for a period of 30 days. However, if the 30 days have elapsed from the date you purchased the item, we will not be able to offer you a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return your item must be in good condition and in the same condition as you received it in. The item must be returned in its original packaging.
